Return Policy
Green Nicotine's products are of a consumable nature, therefore,
there are no refunds or exchanges on opened, unsealed or used
items.
Replacement Policy
Green Nicotine has created a hassle-free replacement process with
step-by-step guidelines for your convenience. Green Nicotine
provides each item with a Manufacturer Warranty for the first 6
months from the date of purchase for product parts (battery tube
and charger) determined to be manufacturer defects. Please note:
Green Nicotine is not responsible for problems, or damages caused
by inappropriate use.

Along with your product, you MUST include a copy of your
receipt (if you ordered online, your invoice will serve as your
receipt, if you purchased at a kiosk, please include a copy of the
receipt that was provided to you at the time of purchase), a brief
description of the issue and contact information where your
replacement should be shipped or where you can be reached if there
are any questions. Upon review, our Customer Service Department
will replace the defective unit and ship it to you
FREE.

Green Nicotine does not offer a refund for the shipping costs
associated with returning the product to us. We strongly recommend
that you ship your product using a tracking number. We also suggest
that your replacement be appropriately packaged, it is possible
that improperly packaged items may be lost or further damaged
during shipment. All risks of damage and loss are the
responsibility of the customer. Any products received without
appropriate documentation cannot be replaced and will be returned
to the sender. Replacements cannot be issued before the
product has been received, evaluated and processed by our Customer
Service Department.
Receiving a Replacement
For items directed to our Customer Service Department,
you can expect your replacement to be evaluated, processed and
shipped within 48 business hours of receiving the package. If we
are unable to issue a replacement for any reason we will contact
